What We\'ll Bring: The role is tasked with identifying and pursuing strategic initiatives to grow TransUnions International Consumer Interactive (CI) business and to position TransUnion as the preferred, partner to banks and consumers to help them manage credit better. You will manage and execute a 3 Year Plan that is refreshed yearly, to ensure the TransUnion Consumer Interactive business continues to participate in high-growth, high-potential markets. As a subject matter expert, you work with CI International heads to define and execute the strategy for CI Vertical, ensuring alignment with the broader TU & US market strategies and support market development efforts working collaboratively with the regional CI and COE teams.You will be responsible for:

  • Preparing the strategy and three-year operating plan for the vertical, and ensuring alignment of strategy and planning with the lines of business
  • Directing go-to-market efforts for the vertical and coordinating those efforts with the lines of business, as well as with sales, solutions, and other matrix partners
  • Completing strategic and operational reviews of industries, functions and product categories that affect the consumer business.
  • Partnering with regions to prioritize investment in new capabilities, assets, and solutions across the vertical
What You\'ll Bring:Assess the consumer market and develop near and long-term growth strategies for consumer interactive business. * Work with key internal stakeholders across a matrix organization to prioritize and execute operational activities derived from the growth strategy.
  • Identify, prioritize, and validate new market concepts that represent future growth potential, develop business cases to support the development of new markets and investment in growth initiatives.
  • Manage strategic partnerships to ensure the continuity and growth of relationships.
  • Enable and support TransUnions CI revenue and growth across high-growth, high-potential consumer regions.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of evolving consumer business models, value chains, and competitive landscape. Use this market understanding to identify how TransUnion should evolve; articulate and engage TransUnion leadership on dialogues on the case for change.
  • Champion investment cases for new solutions and capabilities to address gaps in TransUnions current ability to serve the evolving needs of consumers and partners.
  • Define frameworks and engagement documents for market engagement plans and go-to-market strategies for new markets and/or new customer segments.
  • Develop a holistic, global view of the Consumer interactive ecosystem that includes regional stake holders, regulators and industry associations and define an engagement model that would position TransUnion as a key participant in the ecosystem.
  • Manage the 3-year planning process for the CI vertical. Ensure timely completion of initiatives and milestones in the vertical and lines of business three-year plans and strategic initiative.
  • Draw key insights from deep data and market analysis to develop business cases, forecast models and market segmentation to enable new solutions to our customers most critical problems. Present conclusions and recommendations to key decision-makers including developing supporting documentation.
  • Represent TransUnion at relevant industry events.
  • What You Will Bring
  • Management degree preferred in Business, Finance, Economics or related field with at least 13-15 years of management / leadership experience in management consulting, product acquisition, product strategy, and/or digital channels and marketing analytics
  • Experience in Financial Services is required, experience in FinTech and D2C business is an asset.
  • Knowledge and experience of working in international markets will be an aseet.
  • Ability to effectively develop relationships, engage, advise, and persuasively communicate with key senior stakeholders in face-to-face scenarios demonstrating real-time insight, flexibility and sound judgment.
  • Strong analytical and insight-driven problem-solving skills with the ability to pursue consultative client engagements to drive business growth. Independence, initiative, business acumen, and excellent verbal, storytelling, written communication, and negotiation skills
  • Business maturity, and strong leadership and listening skills with the ability to analyze input from customers, partners, TransUnion associates, market and environmental trends, to identify and clearly articulate needs and opportunities for growth.
  • Experience working in a matrixed environment preferred, collaborating across teams and functions.
  • Sound working knowledge of software applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint with exceptional presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel at least 10% of the time and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Willingness to adapt to a flexible workday that may require early morning or late evening meetings across time zones.
