They strive to bring innovation, competitiveness, and high calibre experience within Kyndryl\xe2\x80\x99s hiring process - thus directing contributing towards Kyndryl\xe2\x80\x99s employment brand.The STAL achieves this by developing and managing a country-specific talent acquisition strategy to meet hiring needs in a quick, data-driven, and empathetic way. They communicate these strategies to ensure alignment with demand fulfillment, assist in planning hiring campaigns, and drive key talent acquisition performance metrics and goals for the region. Additionally, they are essential in implementing overall recruiting and sourcing strategies, monitoring talent acquisition performance, identifying areas for improvement, and analyzing reports to proactively address issues and foster ongoing improvement.Key responsibilities include:Partnership and Accountability: Working closely with the RPO team to ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and data-driven accountability, and serving as the main escalation point between RPO and the business. Ensuring RPO meets the outcomes defined by SLA and KPIs.Business Partner: Acting as the primary Go-to-Person, SME, and functional collaborator for business leaders to assist with their hiring and business growth plans.Data Analysis and Action: Reviewing recruiting life cycle data and hiring metrics daily to quickly identify and resolve issues with RPO teams, hiring managers, leaders, and TA teams.Business Reporting and Reviews: Leading weekly cadence calls for each business unit to review open positions, pinpoint gaps in RPO delivery or business support, and facilitate necessary actions or escalations.Process Improvement (RI) and TA Compliance: Collaborating with RPO and Compliance teams to tackle process-related issues and communicate enhancements.Best Practice Reviews: Evaluating hiring best practices during business cadence calls and suggesting improvements to processes, tools, and platforms.Agency Engagement and Performance Monitoring: Engaging agencies according to Kyndryl\'s process, monitoring and evaluating recruiting agency performance, and working with Procurement teams as needed for agency management.Enablement and Coaching: Offering regular training and coaching to Hiring Managers on hiring best practices, market trends, and competition to speed up decision-making.Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinating with business, Workforce solutions, vendors, HR Teams, Legal teams, process and compliance, HR Tech, and procurement teams regularly.Meeting Participation: Attending relevant HR and business meetings to provide recruiting updates and collaborate on strategic initiatives.Global Collaboration: Working with global teams on process changes, enablement, and communication management for any process, people, or tools-related changes.Your Future at KyndrylKyndryl has a global footprint, which means that as a Strategic Talent Acquisition Leader at Kyndryl you will have opportunities to work on projects and collaborate with colleagues from around the world.
