Job summaryCognizant is seeking a strategic thought leader for our Risk Management Program. The Director Risk Management will be responsible for providing thought leadership developing the next generation risk management program engaging with partners across the organization (including Corporate Security Procurement Legal Privacy IT Relationship Owners and others). They will also provide Cognizant leadership visibility to the risk being assumed whether it be corporate acquisitions or in our busineResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain a comprehensive cybersecurity framework that aligns with the organization vision mission values and objectivesEnsure compliance with relevant laws regulations standards and best practices related to cybersecurity data privacy and information securityProvide strategic guidance and direction to senior management and business units on cybersecurity risks issues and solutionsManage and coordinate the cybersecurity team and foster a culture of collaboration innovation and excellenceEstablish and monitor key performance indicators and metrics to measure and report on the effectiveness and efficiency of cybersecurity initiatives and programsIdentify assess and prioritize cybersecurity threats vulnerabilities and incidents and implement appropriate mitigation and response actionsContinuously evaluate and improve the cybersecurity posture and resilience of the organization and its systems processes and peopleCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders including clients vendors partners regulators auditors and law enforcement agencies to ensure alignment and coordination on cybersecurity mattersCertifications RequiredBACHELORS DEGREE WITH 10 YEARS+ EXPERIENCE IN INFORMATION SECURITY AND RISK MANAGEMENT ESPECIALLY WITH TECHNOLOGY RISK MANAGEMENT IT AUDIT IN ENTERPRISE ORGANIZATIONS. MASTERS DEGREE PREFERRED
