Position: Director Research

Domain - Maternal and Child Health (Mandatory)

Location: Malviya Nagar - Delhi

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Education: PhD

Roles and Responsibilities

• Independently lead the research for organisations programs.
• Guiding and supervising the team from design, implementation to analysis and writing.
• Co-ordinate with the implementation team to design program specific research plans.
• Design and conduct evaluation studies.
• Provide inputs to the implementation team for the analysis and application of monitoring data.
• Recruiting and training of field staff for conducting field-based studies.
• Lead weekly and monthly review calls with the team.
• Analysis of research and program data.
• Present research updates and plans to the senior management
• Writing reports and research articles for peer reviewed journals.

Qualification & Skills

• Advanced degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) in a relevant field (e.g., economics, social science, public health). Minimum 12 years of experience in designing/researching/implementing social programs in health.
• Must have exposure to mHealth programs.
• Experience in implementation of Monitoring and Evaluation frameworks preferred.
• Knowledge of data analysis packages (SPSS or STATA) is mandatory.
• Must have independently undertaken quantitative and qualitative research.
• Should have the ability to write research reports and articles.
• Good publication track record.
• Preference will be given to those candidates who have substantial field experience.
• Team management skills, multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary environment.
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Knowledge of ethical standards and regulatory requirements related to research.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?2,100,000.00 per year
