Job description (Job Role)
Given the present state of Real Estate business in India and our vision going forward, we have decided to churn our Real Estate Investment Banking practice to meet the challenges ahead. Towards this endeavor, we seek to appoint an experienced "Director (Origination and Coverage)" to act as a key team leader and driver of the business. The role can be generally described as Head of 'Origination and Coverage' and more particularly and as under.


Responsibilities
• Working as key driver of a profit centre.
• Originate new business opportunities across Real Estate and ancillary Industry platforms.
• Increase market share and open new market avenues for the company.
• Primarily responsible for expansion of business, service existing clients and adding new clients.
• Manage client relationship at all levels including decision makers and promoters.
• Set Revenue Targets in consultation with CEO and Directors and be responsible for achieving those targets.
• Constantly monitor and improve origination coverage and execution.
• Select, recruit and maintain appropriate quality man power.
• Serve as a key resource working closely with CEO & MD and proactively generate ideas and solution to meet client needs.
• Communicating and interacting with execution teams and clients.

Qualification
• 6-8 years' experience in Real Estate Investment Banking at a large Investment Banking or Real Estate fund or Real Estate Finance Company.
• MBA degree with outstanding Academic record.
• Professional maturity and adept handling skills to be able to achieve origination coverage and oversee execution.
• Strong qualitative analytical skill.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills including strategic and creative thinking.
• Distinguished communication skills.
• Multitasking skills with ability to manage several projects at once.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work effectively as an individual and part of a team.
• Strong and demonstrated inter-personal skills.
• Long standing established relationships and demonstrated networking with developers/landowners/project executors and other stake holders in Real Estate space and/or connected fields like logistics, hotels etc.
