Introduction:

We are looking for an individual who has up to 10 years of client servicing experience with online publishers across verticals like Mobile OEMs, Telcos, Browsers, Launchers, Keyboard Apps, Lock Screen Apps, Push Notification pubs, Content Pubs (like News, Fashion, Sports, Lifestyle, Parenting, Gaming, etc) and various other emerging media verticals. We’re looking for a well-rounded individual who has walked the journey of adding long-term and sustainable value for publishers and has a deep-rooted understanding of ad-tech. Also, should have a track record of building and growing teams.

The Role:

  • Drive quarterly revenue growth from existing publishers headquartered out of the Target Market.
  • Provide direction and assistance to your team on key publishers.
  • Define and Edit processes which will help your team to upsize, upsell and cross-sell to existing publishers.
  • Build and manage the upsize, upsell and cross-sell pipeline in the CRM. Also closely monitor and update the CRM with contacts, accounts, opportunities, documents and notes on every deal.
  • Define measurement systems and dashboards for the team to track publisher growth, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Product and Operations teams across Business Units to create new revenue streams.
  • Keep a close eye on the monetization dashboards to ensure that monetization delivery is inline with what was contracted for.
  • Represent the company at industry events in Target Market – speaking engagements and networking with exiting publishers.
  • Develop a feedback loop with the marketing, operations and product teams to keep the improving the products.


What you’ll need to be successful:
  • Track record of managing high value deals
  • Track record of achieving revenue targets.
  • Track record of building and managing teams and working across multiple business units.
  • Great communication skills – oral and written.
  • Knowledge of the business concepts and technologies in digital publishing – like ad servers, end-points (APIs, JS, SDK), pricing models, and deal structures.
  • 10+ years of experience doing business with publishers in digital media.
  • Fluent with Powerpoint to create decks which highlight the value add for the publishers.
  • Fluent with Excel to create business models and deal simulations.
  • Confidence to present our product and solutions in front of top execs at publishers.
  • Good analytical skills (i.e.. ability to decipher problems and growth areas from reports).
