What\'s the role AS a Director -Product Manamgment you will be: Building a vision for how the HERE Platform Portal will play a leading role in attracting and retaining customers Driving priorities across various functions within the company - engineering, sales, UX, marketing, legal, licensing, sales, operations & support - to meet aggressive customer growth, retention and revenue goals Helping improve our products and services by instituting a scalable way to seek continuous feedback from thousands of customers, at scale, and processing this feedback to highlight key areas of improvement Enabling new and upcoming HERE products and services to become discoverable, available and purchasable on the HERE Platform Portal Communicating state of the business on a frequent basis to stakeholders and leadership Being a mentor, coach and role model for Product Managers across HERE, helping them operate at their true potential and achieve career growth Who are you To be successful in this role you have the following: 15+ years in product management, including building product vision and roadmaps, writing product requirements and landing products that deliver demonstrable customers value Demonstrable experience growing users/revenue with products you\'ve managed Experience managing team(s) of product managers and influencing cross-functional partners Experience building & launching developer-facing products, e.g., APIs and SaaS platforms Expertise in building and leading high-performing teams to achieve challenging goals Preferred qualifications: Experience building Consoles for users, preferably developers, of SaaS products Experience working with Cloud platforms, data platforms, geospatial concepts Experience with big data, analytics, and AI/ML Ability to drive product excellence across many different product lines HERE is an equal opportunity employer. The Portal Experience team is responsible for building an intuitive, self-service experience for thousands of technical and non-technical customers who visit the HERE Platform Portal in order to manage their purchased HERE products, review usage reports, pay bills/invoices, connect with HERE customer support and perform other such administrative functions.
