As a leader with Roundel, you will be an integral part of defining the product future while leading the present by identifying, developing, and managing critical core capabilities within the Roundel ad product portfolio. As the Director Product Management (Data Foundations), you will be responsible for building and evolving our foundational data platform products including the data sets, quality monitoring and integration platforms enabling Roundel clients, partners and team members to active this valuable asset. You will establish a strategy that propels Roundel as a differentiated leader in the advertising industry. You will lead your team to develop a roadmap to achieve this strategy and guide their execution of the roadmap. This includes actively managing, coaching and developing a team through clear expectations, goal setting as well as performance management that focuses on both productizing and operationalizing capabilities. As a product leader you will partner with internal product & technology teams and establish productive partnerships with leading data vendors. This role will act as a thought leader to anticipate and prepare for long term trends and industry shifts in the evolving landscape of Retail Media Networks and first-party data activations across all digital media. Four-year degree or equivalent experience
10+ years of product management experience or equivalent digital ads industry experience with a minimum of 5 years\' successfully leading the creation and execution of tech product strategies
5+ years of proven track record working with digital data platforms, inclusive of data pipelines, relational and non-relational database technologies, streaming data, clean rooms.
Experience working with enterprise-sized data sets, including data quality controls, data certification systems, and data platform operational analytics.
5+ years\' experience leading people is required, 3+ years of building relationships with senior executive leaders, including influencing without authority, and conceptual problem-solving through delivery of packaged solution proposals to executives.
Proven ability to stand-up, transform and lead teams specifically in the media space.
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to tell compelling business and result stories.
