Job Description


Key Responsibilities: * Procurement & Sourcing Leadership: Lead procurement for a range of services, from employee transportation to facility management and workspace development. Ensure cost-effective sourcing, contract management, and compliance with company policies and industry standards.

  • Capex & Opex Management: Oversee procurement related to both operational and capital expenses, including design and build projects for office spaces, HVAC, MEP, and other engineering services.
  • Vendor & Supplier Management: Conduct supplier onboarding, evaluation, performance management, and risk management. Ensure a continuity plan for key commodities and develop alternative suppliers when necessary.
  • Contract Management & Compliance: Manage the entire contract lifecycle from requisition to payment, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including GST, MSME, and hazardous scrap disposal regulations.
  • Data Analysis & Market Benchmarking: Perform market analysis and price benchmarking for commodities, ensuring competitive pricing and value for the company.
  • Technical & Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of procurement processes, specifications, and tendering, with strong skills in negotiation and total cost ownership. Experience with SAP S4 HANA MM is crucial.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead a procurement team, ensuring flawless execution of procurement activities. Drive the team to meet KPIs, SLAs, and sourcing savings targets, while ensuring compliance with all audits.
  • ESG & DEI Implementation: Hands-on experience with environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Excellent communication skills for working across functions and presenting directly to C-level executives. Strong business mindset and problem-solving abilities are essential.
  • Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor\'s degree, preferably with an MBA in supply chain management.
  • 15+ years of experience in the service industry, with at least 6 years in a managerial role handling infrastructure and admin commodity sourcing.
  • Experience in handling sourcing for multiple geographies, including India, the US, and the UK.
  • International experience outside of India is preferred.
Knowledge of Six Sigma, TQM, ISO certifications is a plus
