What this job involves:Developing and implementing sourcing strategies:1. Support the Regional Procurement Director by providing insights, reports, and assistance in developing and executing strategic procurement initiatives.2. Align with Corporate Procurement and manage all aspects of procurement service delivery in India for IFM clients.3. Execute procurement strategies for local and support regional initiatives related if to facility services.4. Oversee vendor selection, development, and management of supplier relationships, including administrative and operational activities.5. Ensure compliance with Jones Lang LaSalle SCMP sourcing and contracting standards.6. Accountable for achieving the Management Plan and all key performance indicators, including managing budgets, short and long-term regional projects, operations, and maintenance.7. Interface with senior managers in client business units, coordinate with key managers within IFM alliance partner organizations, and ensure customer satisfaction.8. Optimize overall commercial performance and support regional and local sourcing initiatives as specified by the INDIA Account/Operations Lead.Job Responsibilities:1. Execute the procurement strategy for IFM in the India region.2. Provide comprehensive facility, contract, and procurement management for technical services to the client.3. Review service practices of all soft services contractors to ensure quality work in line with client expectations.4. Review maintenance/service practices of M&E contractors to ensure quality work in line with manufacturer recommendations.5. Plan and ensure smooth operations of all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing installations, and Civil works pertaining to the facility.6. Set up AMC/maintenance contracts with service providers to meet client requirements.7. Ensure proper communication with site teams.8. Provide detailed instructions and continuous support to operations teams in standardized RFQ/bid and contract processes.9. Supervise teams to negotiate pricing and terms with vendors to provide the best possible solutions to clients.10. Manage information on cost savings and provide reports on cost savings as needed.11. Promote effective financial management and develop financial and business acumen.12. Identify opportunities to consolidate the supplier base to leverage volume economies.13. Identify suppliers, capabilities, share of business, and product pricing to standardize rates for requirements.14. Liaise between vendors, site teams, finance team, and management to ensure timely payments to vendors.15. Ensure timely issuance of Purchase Orders to vendors.16. Continuously improve procurement operations, decrease turnaround time, and streamline work processes.17. Manage data integrity and provide ad-hoc reports as required by management.18. Ensure compliance with JLL standard processes and procedures.19. Proactively manage internal and external customer expectations.20. Supervise RFPs/RFQs, analyze vendors, select the best vendor, and recommend to the client.21. Ensure statutory compliance program for sub-vendors across INDIA .22. In collaboration with IFM team leads/Ops Managers, oversee the operation, staffing, performance, and development of sub-contractor service delivery across all sites.Sound like you?
