You are an experienced professional with a proven track record in process improvement and operational excellence. You possess strong leadership and analytical skills, and you are adept at driving change across multiple departments. Your expertise in continuous improvement frameworks and process excellence methodologies will be critical in enhancing our operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
You are a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process excellence, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement methodologies. You have excellent leadership and management skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to drive transformative projects that enhance organizational performance. Your expertise in process improvement frameworks is crucial for this role.
• Process Mapping, Analysis and Improvement
+ Design and implement a governance framework for process ownership, establishing clear SOPs and continuous improvement
+ Leverage business optimization and innovation tools and applications, to analyze, redesign, and re-engineer business processes for improved efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.
+ Oversee process improvement projects, including mapping current and future state processes and implementing necessary changes.
+ Apply Lean Six Sigma, & other methodologies to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
+ Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects and initiatives across the organization.
• Performance Metrics and Reporting
+ Establish and monitor KPIs to track the progress and impact of process improvements.
+ Provide regular updates and reports on process performance and improvement outcomes to senior management.
+ Documentation & Standardization
+ Oversee the documentation and updating of processes and procedures to ensure they reflect current best practices and compliance standards.
+ Drive the standardization of processes where applicable to achieve consistency and efficiency.
• Strategic Planning and Implementation
+ Participate in strategic planning to align process improvement initiatives with organizational goals.
+ Establish and maintain process standards and best practices across the organization.
• Quality and Training
+ Collaborate with the Quality team to identify areas of pain and breakage.
+ Develop and deliver training programs to build organizational capability in process excellence.
+ Support & mentor process improvement teams to ensure successful attainment of process goals.
+ Leadership & Cross Functional Collaboration
+ Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions.
+ Lead and manage the process excellence team, providing guidance and support to ensure process improvement initiatives are conducted efficiently and effectively.
+ Facilitate change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions during process improvements.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
• 12+ years of experience in process improvement, quality management, or operational excellence roles.
• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt from reputed institutes/companies like ASQ, ISI, GE, Genpact or similar.
• Deep understanding & experience in managing technology process improvement projects.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management, business analysis, requirements management, and process improvement (including digitalization and automation).
• Proficiency in business process modeling, analysis tools, and methodologies.
• Proficiency in data collection and analysis using statistical tools.
• Experience documenting Business Process flows, Creating/Updating SOPs, & documenting business
• Good Knowledge & Working Experience on various tools like Visio, MS Access, BI, Tableau etc.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and benchmarking.
• Experience in transformation and change management.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong collaboration and organizational skills.
