In this role, this role, you will be responsible for leading and helping in product build, marketing and sales pitches for Post payment audit solution and services with a focus on leakages in the Source to Pay cycle and Accounts Payable related process.
You will also be supervising delivery for clients and shall be responsible for Identification of opportunities of improvement in existing process of Post payables audit.Responsibilities

  • Create/refine existing service offerings including delivery model, commercial model, and technology solution.
  • Developing long-term relationships across a network of existing and potential clients, understanding their businesses to provide tailored insights.
  • Lead the key components of a projects, including strategy, planning and execution.
  • Lead delivery teams; be responsible for the quality and content of the deliverables.
  • Manage teams across time zones to ensure adherence to quality and timeliness.
  • Supports enhancements to the products build for an End-to-End Post payment audit.
  • The setting of team member targets for recovery in line with the overall target for recoveries
  • Maintain, monitor, and report recoveries, revenue pipelines, projections etc.
  • Manage delivery staffing needs and budget for future requirements.
  • Understand business & industry issues / trends. Identify areas requiring improvement in the client\'s business processes to enable preparation of recommendations.
  • Demonstrate an application & solution- based approach to problem solving technique.
  • Identify scenarios for leakage audit to enhance recovery.
  • Assisting and guiding team to working back with client and vendors for collection of recovery claims.
  • Drive innovation around digitalization, rationalization, standardization of the program.
  • Ensure retention of the team and suggest retention strategy.
  • Engage, supervise the work of external agencies, specialists.
  • Work back with vendor recovery service providers to perform scoping of vendor audits.
  • Perform risk assessment for vendors to identify vendors for scoping.
Minimum Qualifications / skills
  • Minimum Qualification: MBA / Graduates/Post-Graduate/ CA
  • Experience retail business would be preferred with Knowledge of accounting principles and the process would be a plus.

  • Robust interpersonal skills
  • Validated influencer and communicator with partners at all levels.
  • Extremely strong communicator to be able to convey the value proposition of the solution.
  • Possess high standard of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Prior experience of leading and managing Post Payables Audit engagements in the retail industry
  • Detailed and in-depth understanding of business processes in the retail industry and leakage scenarios
  • Experience in managing Sr. client stakeholders and presentation of the key issue, opportunities, status update.
  • Ability to develop and manage the relationship with a large number of stakeholders both internal and external.
  • Ability to analyse the problem statement & root cause behind the same and provide necessary consulting to fix the root cause so that problem should not repeat.
