You will be responsible for providing HR partnership and consultation to the business in support of key strategic HR initiatives, including supporting Senior People Experience Partners in the execution of the people strategy across the talent lifecycle.This position will also be responsible for working in close partnership with business & L&D COE in driving the Learning and Development (L&D) strategy and programs across the business in India, ensuring that it is aligned with and supports the business growth plans and objectives. You will be responsible for bringing to life the L&D programs, working with L&D COE and subject matter experts to build, deploy and track L&D material utilizing the Learning Management System platform to ensure maximum reach and impact across the business in India.Functional Knowledge:
