Provide leadership and direction to the global Payment Operations teams based in Mumbai, USA & Japan
Define the global operations strategy to deliver best in class payment services across all Nium products & platforms
Define service standards and maintain oversight of all aspects of payment operations, including Onboarding of Enterprise clients, Payment Processin, Fund Movements, Investigation & Error Management and Refund Processing
Partner with key stakeholders in Product, Technology, Risk & Compliance to implement new products and services, improve existing products and increase payment and process efficiency
Develop deep understanding of Nium Platforms, Products & Service Offerings and Global Payment Network * Sponsor projects to improve operational efficiency and service quality
Collaborate with various department leaders to improve operational performance across functions
Manage performance, learning and development requirements of team members
Mentor and coach team members to achieve individual and department objectives
Requirements
10-15 years of experience in cross border payments
Strong understanding of payments industry and related products & regulations
Experience of managing and scaling global teams
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Data oriented with strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
People and stakeholder management skills
Hands-on and detail-oriented approach
