Leading P&L responsibility and delivery Plays an active role in managing project goals and driving teams to achieve customers\' business outcomes by managing issues, risks, decisions, and action items Plan, organize, and manage all phases of a project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery. This includes developing and managing project governance plans, project schedules, team goals, defining success criteria, project milestones, and budgets Collaborate with operation managers, training and support teams to seek to understand our customer\'s needs, their business, how success is defined, and ensure that the process is exceeding expectations in delivery and developing valued solutions. Determines operational requirements and assists with development and implementation to meet the business requirements. Provides departmental performance and utilization data to analyze departmental operations. Ability to take ownership, work under pressure and meet deadlines on time. Ability to challenge, recommend and redirect teams as well as manage client expectations during the engagement. Takes proactive steps to ensure teams meet or exceed customer expectation Assists with developing and implementing yearly departmental goals and objectives. Guides the supervisors and employees in the interpretation of departmental and company policies and procedures Qualifications Graduates or Postgraduates. with minimum 15 to 20 years on work experience in US Health care Insurance Domain EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE Strong financial acumen - led multiple revenue maximization, cost reduction and billing model optimization projects Preparation and implementation of long term strategic objectives - understand the larger picture and translate it into action Integrate multiple internal and external stakeholders and drive towards a common objective Generating in-organic growth through new logos and maximizing potential for organic growth with existing clients Managed relationships across globe - flexibility to transcend across the cultural spectrum effectively Strong backgrounds in statistical tools - led projects to drive process efficiencies Excellent communication skills both verbal and written are required Interpersonal communication skills, listening and analytical skills Expert Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (word, excel & PPT) is must Experience of team handling and should have team reporting To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
