Director of Talent & Culture
The Director of Talent & Culture encompasses a wide range of responsibilities related to managing the human capital within an organization. The person is responsible for the development & formulation of policies, procedures and practices to support the operational needs of the Hotel.
The Director of Talent and Culture supervises and provides consultation to the management on strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training and development, budget, and labor relations. The person is also expected to take leadership role in developing a culture that supports the hotel\'s strategic goals. S/he will lead performance management, talent assessment, and effective labor relationships, including negotiating and administering labor agreements.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
