Level Up Sports is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Director of Sports to join our team. The ideal candidate should have had extensive experience working with kids in a school setting or premier sports facility. They will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of a world-class coaching program, ensuring exceptional coaching standards, and fostering a positive and disciplined environment for young athletes.

Key Responsibilities:

Parent Communication:

• Act as the primary point of contact for parents.
• Understand and address parents' needs and concerns regarding their children's development.
• Provide regular updates on program progress and individual child performance.

Coaching Management:

• Ensure excellent coaching is delivered to all children.
• Manage and mentor coaches to maintain high coaching standards.
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of coaching staff.

Curriculum Planning:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sports curriculum tailored to various age groups and skill levels.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the coaching programs.
• Continuously improve the curriculum based on feedback and best practices.

Discipline and Punctuality:

• Maintain a strict and disciplined environment within the sports center.
• Ensure all activities start and finish on time.
• Foster a culture of respect, punctuality, and professionalism among coaches and students.

Child Development:

• Guide and mentor young athletes to bring out the best in them.
• Identify individual strengths and areas for improvement.
• Implement strategies to enhance physical, mental, and emotional development.

Program Excellence:

• Ensure the delivery of a world-class coaching program.
• Monitor and uphold the highest standards of safety, ethics, and professionalism.
• Continuously seek ways to innovate and elevate the coaching program.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Extensive experience working with kids in a school or premier sports facility.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a keen understanding of child development and coaching methodologies.
• Language Skills: Must be fluent in English; proficiency in Kannada and Hindi is a bonus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?600,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
