Summary
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Director of Sales (Social) is responsible to assist in managing the planning logistics of major conferences, conventions, incentives, meetings, concerts, exhibitions, weddings and social events so as to exceed customer expectations stimulate optimum revenue and enhance the reputation of the hotel.
Qualifications
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of Sales / Celebrations, or Wedding Planner in larger operation. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
