We focus on Division 27 (Communications) and Division 28 (Electronic Safety & Security), partnering with contractors to deliver high-quality projects.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to oversee and optimize day-to-day operations, project execution, and workforce management. This role is critical to ensuring efficiency, compliance, and operational excellence while supporting business growth.Key Responsibilities

• Operational Strategy & Execution Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity and operational performance.
• Project Oversight Ensure smooth execution of telecommunications and security infrastructure projects, managing workforce deployment, subcontractor coordination, and quality control.
• Workforce & Resource Management Oversee staffing, technician deployment, and subcontractor management to meet project deadlines.
• Process Optimization Improve workflow processes, operational efficiency, and cost management.
• Compliance & Safety Ensure adherence to Division 27 & 28 regulations, industry standards, and safety protocols.
• Client & Vendor Relations Manage relationships with contractors, clients, vendors, and key partners to ensure successful project delivery.
• Technology & Reporting Implement and oversee technology solutions, project tracking, and performance reporting.

Qualificationsxe2x9cx85 5+ years of operations management experience, preferably in telecommunications, low voltage, or security infrastructure.
xe2x9cx85 Strong background in project management, workforce planning, and logistics.
xe2x9cx85 Experience working with subcontractors, vendors, and field technicians.
xe2x9cx85 Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
xe2x9cx85 Proven ability to streamline operations, improve efficiencies, and manage budgets.
