Director of International Business DevelopmentBenefitsLocation: Hybrid (Home-Based and Office - Delhi, India)Job Type: Full-timePay: Negotiable per yearVacation: Paid time offSchedule: Mondays to FridaysExperience: International Business Development in FMCG 10+ years (Required)Job BriefReporting to the COO, the director of international business is responsible for the establishment of new business in the UK, Europe, Africa, and Asia, and key business relationships in all the countries and develop business plans to support commercialization of our product pipelines. The Director of International Business Development takes primary responsibility for all aspects of an operational plan to support our business including market research, targeting, and positioning, KOL creation, regulatory and reimbursement pathways marketing, event coordination. The Director of International Business Development will drive the Companys efforts in Europe, UK, Africa and Asia to achieve the Companys revenue goals.Responsibilities:

  • Develop and provide expertise within our product offerings field.
  • Lead business strategy and business growth by developing a 3-year business plan and 1-year cross functional execution plan
  • Drive revenue in all European countries focused on the top 5 countries France, UK, Germany, Spain and Italy
  • Drive revenue in other territories such as - India, Africa, Asia and Middle East
  • Develop and execute product launch strategies and tactics for the specific product portfolios to achieve organizational objectives within budget and on time
  • Conduct market and customer research for new market and product and reimbursement requirements, collaborating with research and development and medical affairs to drive product development and clinical studies
  • Manage local marketing communications deliverables for the product portfolios via sales aids, public relations, websites, email marketing, whitepapers, and social media channels by collaborating with the Indian marketing team.
  • Stimulate creation of economic based value propositions optimized for the targeted countries medical economies.
  • Monitor, research, and develop written reports on industry trends, client/patient needs, product performance data and competitive opportunities; provide insights, recommendations and strategy to support the Companys distinctive competence and unique advantages
  • Construct and manage budget and expenses related to plans, programmes and campaigns including analysis and reporting for management
  • Promote and reinforce effective communication with medical advisors and establishes key opinion leaders (KOLs)
  • Scanning for Indian, African and Middle Eastern based M&A emerging companies that could strengthen our position
