Director of GrowthJob Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Growth to lead ourdemand generation marketing efforts of our rapidly growing technology company. In this hands-on Marketing Director role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy, driving lead generation, analyzing marketing performance metrics, and building and managing a team of marketers, analysts and GTM experts. You will collaborate with multiple internal teams and agencies to lead all aspects of marketing to include; demand generation, digital marketing, content creation, branding, customer marketing, sales enablement, website, events and PR. You will be responsible for lead generation funnel strategies to maximize online subscription sales across SMB and MidMarket audiences. This role requires advanced experience with inbound funnel strategies using creative, content, data and analytics to convert traffic into leadsResponsibilities:

  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • 5+ years experience building, leading and executing the overall marketing strategy.
  • Build, lead and mentor a team of marketers across demand generation, content marketing,customer marketing, partner marketing, events, branding, PR and more.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, customer success and leadership to drive new business
  • Be at the forefront of new funnel marketing technologies and strategies to innovate, improve efficiency, and increase results.
  • Own the strategy and execution of ABM marketing campaigns
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Ownership of the customer funnel journey through all marketing touchpoints.
  • Manage marketing and web agencies, contractors, vendors, and the overall marketing budget.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of total marketing experience, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth through marketing.
  • Passionate and proactive: a driven, self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
  • Former B2B technology marketing experience is a must.
  • SaaS experience is preferred.
  • Full-stack marketing experience
  • Agency management and accountability experience
  • Have designed, crafted, and organized integrated campaigns such as webinars, podcasts, email marketing, digital across the entire customer lifecycle
  • Demonstrated experience and comfort owning a revenue and pipeline number
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SaaS marketing to ensure that the company remains competitive in the market.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communications skills
