Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Food & Beverage professional to Head the team, manage F&B Revenues of appox 35 Crores p.a and create an exceptional F&B guest experience in a casual, chic and cool environment. As Head of F&B Dept, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our all F&B outlets (featuring European, Italian and Indian Cuisine ) , focusing on impeccable standards, profitability and guest satisfaction. You will bring a contemporary flair to the role and embody the \'casual luxury\' ethos that defines our brand. Key Responsibilities: F&B Management: Take ownership of the hotel\'s F&B performance , overseeing budgets, forecasting, and cost control measures to maximize revenues and profitability. Guest Experience: Ensure that every guest enjoys a memorable, world-class experience, maintaining the high standards of Cuisine and Service . Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and motivate a team of dedicated F&B professionals, setting a tone of excellence and innovation. Operational Excellence: Oversee all F&B operations, to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day functioning. Collaboration: Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork between departments to create a seamless experience for guests. Qualifications & Preferred Experience: IHM/BHM from a leading Institute. 12-15 years of quality experience with reputed Lifestyle Hotel Brands in F&B Department Existing Asst Director F&B of large Inventory Hotels / F&B Manager of mid sized Hotels/Luxury Boutique Hotels would be a good fit. Good Knowledge of Food & Beverage and technical skills such as Menu Planning and adapting latest F&B Trends are essential. A \'cool\' personality with a passion for creativity and \'casual luxury\'. Ability to lead a young, diverse and versatile team . A strong understanding of the luxury hospitality industry and an ability to provide a contemporary, high-end guest experience. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Proven experience in achieving and exceeding revenue and guest satisfaction targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
