Summary
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the division in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Director of Events is responsible to assist Director of Sales & Marketing to ensure the smooth and efficient of the Events department, covering both the catering sales as well as convention services functions of the hotel.
Qualifications
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 1 year experience as Director of Events or minimun 2 years work experience as Assistant Director of Events in larger wedding and catering sales operation. Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must
