Deliver Affiliate margin and profitability targets by managing go to market and distribution costs
Drive Key Margin & Profitability Projects for the affiliate by reviewing and relooking at current ways of working / terms of trade
Create shopper and customer marketing plans to build brand relevance at the point of purchase
Create long term sales and distribution strategy e.g. geographic expansion to tier II & III cities, resource allocation amongst channels etc.
Build and maintain relationships with key customers e.g. MT accounts and Institutions and representing the organisation in select forums
Build talent pipeline in the organisation by leveraging key strengths and shaping career paths
Ensure Distributor and channel engagement with Abbott Nutrition
Drive Customer Profitability projects along with Key Trade Partners
Deliver retail insights for key shaping marketing initiatives
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Education Post Graduate Education Level Major/Field of Study MBA/ PGDM Sales & Marketing Experience Experience Details 15+ years
Should have leadership experience in atleast 2 of the following 4 verticals
Traditional / General Trade Modern Trade Customer Marketing Consumer Activation / Marketing Ability to collaborate and build consensus Ability to build a strong sales leadership team Ability to work with ambiguity and in times of rapid changes
