Role & Responsibility- As Marketing Director, you will lead the marketing vertical and all activities from planning and ideation to execution. You will be the go-to guy for setting KPIs, managing budgets and ensuring that our core vision of democratizing protection for every household is realized.You will be responsible for :- Building brand credibility for the products we launch along with driving awareness about the Assurekit ecosystem- Plan, and coordinate the execution of promotion activities around the brand- Work closely with the tech and product teams to ensure branding and messaging are prevalent in every aspect of every activity throughout the customer journey.- Develop and carry out marketing plans, including promotional calendars and programs, new product introductions and other marketing projects- Develop growth and marketing forecasting and product branding plans :\xc2\xa0- Establish and grow a target market share- Conduct customer, brand and product research initiatives- You will be joining the team just as we begin to release and hit the market publicly; and will have the opportunity to get in at the ground floor for Insurtech\'s next big brand.Skills and Qualifications :\xc2\xa0- A bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in business administration/marketing- Experience in managing a B2C brand- In-depth knowledge of marketing concepts and experience in growing a brand- Excellent leadership and organizing skills- Analytical and creative thinking- Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills- Customer-oriented approach with aptitude- Prior work experience at startups preferred- 7+ years of experience in the marketing domain (ref:updazz.com)
