Job Overview
Milestone Technologies is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to lead our enterprise B2B marketing efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for creating, shaping, and executing our marketing strategy. You will build a full-stack enterprise marketing team, including demand generation, digital marketing and online presence, sales enablement, analytics and reporting, and lifecycle marketing. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the IT Services Market and possesses a proven track record in driving successful marketing initiatives within the enterprise space. You will operate in both a leadership and builder capacity. In this position, you will lead a global team, and report to the Chief Revenue Officer based in the US. This role will be based in Hyderabad, India. Responsibilities
Execute the strategic direction, of the Companys marketing goals and objectives, and ensure alignment with corporate long-term goals.
Develop a strong understanding of market dynamics globally within IT services to execute a data/technology-led strategy.
Oversee multi-channel demand generation initiatives, attracting B2B enterprise clients and guiding them through effective lead nurturing programs.
Research, evaluate and recommend potential growth strategies through expansion into new and new markets and related businesses.
Serve on cross-functional project team and commercial operating teams and provide senior leadership with responsibility to project status, timelines and decision criteria.
Manage and mentor a diverse, high-performing global team of up to seven (7). Recruit and lead a skilled marketing team, fostering innovation and collaboration in demand generation, offering & lifecycle marketing, digital strategies, and sales enablement.
Enhance digital presence and visibility. Strengthen Milestones digital presence through strategic online campaigns, SEO optimization, compelling content, maximizing brand visibility, and attracting qualified leads.
Provide sales teams with impactful collateral, training, and tools to effectively communicate Milestone differentiation and service-specific value propositions.
Develop customer lifecycle marketing programs, enhancing retention and loyalty, while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Utilize analytics and reporting tools to collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns, enhance customer experiences, and maximize ROI.
Qualifications
An MBA from a top tier institution is required and an Engineering degree is preferred.
Minimum of 20 years of Marketing experience.
Broad knowledge with working the IT services industry or related sector.
Expertise in marketing communications, campaigns, demand generation, branding, content creation, and event planning.
Leadership in the development of global launch and marketing plans.
Self-motivated, energetic individual who is comfortable working diverse set of projects.
Strong understanding of business strategy, marketing planning tools and processes.
Strong customer focus with the ability to adapt to internal client needs and expectations.
Strong ability to influence outcomes without direct authority and ability to hold oneself and others accountable for commitments.
Highly organized and detail oriented with excellent follow-up abilities.
