Job Description


We are seeking an analytical, strategic and experienced professional to join our team to lead our B2B marketing strategy for the CMT BU. This individual must be a natural leader, love to work in an intense and exciting environment, thrive on challenging goals and be a great team player.The Director of Business Marketing will report to the US head of Marketing and will partner closely with Executive leaders, sales, pre-sales, other marketing and communications teams. This position will initially be an individual contributor role/ leader of team, but we anticipate it will evolve into leading a team of marketers.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Planning: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, and relationship building. Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of key issues our clients face and aligns go-to-market strategy and points of view around those issues.
  • Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the BPO and CMT space.
  • Audience Identification: Understand target customer segments and develop targeted marketing strategies to effectively reach and engage key decision-makers and influencers. and Positioning: Develop compelling messaging and positioning that differentiates our products and solutions in the marketplace and resonates with our target audience. Ensure all messaging and content communicate our brand identity, value proposition, and key messages.
  • Management: Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, events, advertising, PR and AR.
  • Strategy, Creation and Curation: Lead the creation and curation of high-quality content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and infographics, that engages and educates our target audience. Serve as a strong editor and gatekeeper for all marketing content, ensuring consistency, clarity, and accuracy, and optimizing content for maximum impact and reach.
  • Generation: Drive lead generation initiatives through effective marketing programs, including content marketing, lead nurturing, and demand generation campaigns. Must have deep understanding of multi-channel campaigns and be able to demonstrate and defend channel strategies.
  • Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales enablement tools, including presentations, collateral, case studies, and sales training materials.
  • Analysis: Track and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics, including ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization. Present these results to senior leadership.
  • Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
  • Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in B2B marketing in BPO or IT services space.
  • Experience leading high performing teams and growing talent.
