Job Overview
Drawing upon passion and expertise as a Solution Architect, builds original applications, while effectively refactoring and integrating existing applications for Data Management, Reporting and Analytic Solutions.
A trusted advisor with deep technical expertise in Analytic Technologies in AWS/Azure and a visionary providing overall technical direction, guidance and definition of Data Analytics architecture to deliver products that effectively support the business strategy. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, ability to articulate complex technical solutions to different audience (technical , business and management) combined with experience guiding software and quality engineer\xe2\x80\x99s analysts in implementing production quality solutions. Drives conversations with diverse internal and external teams ranging from architecture, development, and infrastructure to produce an optimal design for products.
Utilizes large scale development and operational experience along with deep technical understanding and sound judgment.Essential Functions

• Exceptional strategic planning capabilities, a big picture thinker and in-depth problem solver
• Focus on consistency, re-usability, and technical integration of a substantial product portfolio
• Utilizing senior level expertise and abilities to ensure products stand out via strategic impact, innovation, and necessary risks resulting in expert in the field industry status.
• Partner with stakeholders across Product Development & Product Management to lead the Design direction, drive key technical decision points.
• Responsible for Designing and documenting a technical solution based on project requirements and best practices.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand the business challenges and come up with Technical Solutions
• Document the design, caveats and approaches and articulate to both Technical and Non-Technical stakeholders
• Lead implementation of complex systems working with junior resources
• Define best practices and reusable architecture components
• Work closely with product management in understanding the business requirement and provide inputs on technical requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s Degree Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience Req
• 12+ Years of overall experience with 6+ years in Architecture and Development of Data Management and Analytic applications
• Working experience utilizing cloud technologies like Azure or AWS
• Working experience in Pharmaceutical or Healthcare domain
• Experience building applications using Data technologies, Dashboard Tools, ETL and Data Integration
• Experience defining and developing system Architecture for Operations
• Process Automation to optimize the cost of operations
• Experience managing Architects and Development or Implementation teams
