Manage and oversee the work of the Inside Sales Representative\'s team
Set and track sales targets and KPIs
Help generate Sales Qualified Leads
Execute sales analysis, prepare sales reports, and suggest improvements
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
Closely work with the marketing team to help improve the quality of incoming MQL
Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
Ensure sales, finance, and legal policies and procedures are met
The Successful Applicant
15+ years of previous working experience, 5+ Years of experience as an ISD
US geography experience is a must
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, coach and growth the team
Someone who has experience in building an Inside sales engine from scratch
