Job Summary :

Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking an IT Director to join and lead our Mumbai team. To meet our global and innovation demands, Medpace is growing our IT footprint beyond the US and EU. To support our growth, we are expanding our existing office in Mumbai to include Software Development, System Validation, Infrastructure, and IT Support teams. Responsibilities :
• Manage staff and timely deliver solutions that enable users to most effectively and efficiently manage clinical trials, lab operations, and other business processes;
• Identify process deficiencies and carry out timely improvements;
• Coordinate with company-wide leadership regarding IT projects;
• Manage and assist with the hiring of Software Development, System Validation, and IT Support staff members;
• Oversee the training, evaluation and retention of IT staff;
• Analyze new and existing technologies to evolve and improve current applications and technology;
• May be responsible for other projects and responsibilities as assigned.


Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field;
• 8+ years of experience managing IT projects and personnel;
• Strong technical depth in Software Development, DevOps, Testing / Validation, and Infrastructure / Support
• Deep background in Microsoft technologies
• Proven experience managing projects and teams and delivering solutions on time and under budget;
• Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills in English;
• Flexible and comfortable working in a global environment; and
• Experience in a clinical or regulated environment is preferred.
