Roles, Responsibilities, Skills
\xef\x82\xb7 Will develop and serve clients in the Financial Services (FS) industry group within
PWC\xe2\x80\x99s One Consulting organization; the role will therefore involve both Business
development and delivery responsibilities
\xef\x82\xb7 Will bring management consulting skills in PWC engagements: this will mean ability
to engage at CEO level with clients, bring coherence in engagements having
specialists in technology, risk, cyber, tax and other advisory teams
\xef\x82\xb7 Will drive growth strategy, new business set-up, cost optimization, sales productivity,
market entry across Banking, NBFC and Asset Management sector.
\xef\x82\xb7 Able to provide leadership and to command credibility in team situations
\xef\x82\xb7 The candidate will be an effective communicator, structured thinker and creative
problem solverEducation and Experience
\xef\x82\xb7 Over 15 years experience in group strategy/ consulting/ financial services industry
\xef\x82\xb7 Likely to have MBA from a premier institute, not mandatory
\xef\x82\xb7 Should have specialist experience in one or more of: M&A, Data and Analytics,
Credit risk, consumer banking, change delivery of complex projects in FS
\xef\x82\xb7 In-depth understanding of consulting engagement lifecycle, either having been a
consultant, or having seen such project on the client side
Target companies
\xef\x82\xb7 Other Consulting/ advisory firms
\xef\x82\xb7 Product managers in banks/ NBFCs/ Fintechs
\xef\x82\xb7 Corporate strategy teams in diversified groups with strong FS presence
