- A leading client of ours which is a Pharmaceutical Company is looking for an HR Director/ Associate Director.
- The job location is Ahmedabad, Gujarat.Candidates from FMCG industry will be cconsidered as an ideal fit.
- This is not a work from home/ remote role and will require to be based in Ahmedabad itself.
Briefly the role would involve:
- Developing HR Policies and Corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as Recruitment, Compensation, Performance Management, Talent Engagement, Employee benefits, health and safety etc
- Devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development
- Overseeing all HR initiatives, systems and tactics Headcount Governance
- Developing Solutions for organizational issues on performance management
- Building & delivering on People & Culture strategy for the business groups
- Leading HR Transformation projects involving Policy revamp, Career Pathing Design & Implementation, Succession Planning, Compensation & Benefit Benchmarking, Business L&D initiatives
- Driving cost leadership at the business level by minimizing business & organization risk
- Creating a team within HR of various HR COEs like HR Analytics, Learning & Development, Recruiting, HR operations to support the business
- Collaborating across local, regional, global teams for evolution of the function for the people & organization agenda
- Driving Employee Engagement strategy to advance Organization Culture & Talent Engagement
- Creating the overall Organization Design and working on Change Management to fit the optimum organization structure
- Coach & Advisor for Local & Global Leaders & Leadership Teams
- Facilitating building leadership pipelines to drive talent readiness for future
- Creating Performance Management Systems and driving PMS Cycles
- Working on core Retention Management strategies
- Leading various high impact projects - Return to Office, COVID Management plan for India, Future of Work, Diversity& Inclusion Agenda
- Driving cost leadership at the business level by minimizing business & organization risk
- Supervise HR personnel and provide expert guidance
Requirements:
- Master\'s Degree in Human Resources from an institution of repute
- Minimum 12-15 years relevant experience
- Sound knowledge of human resources and labor law
- Sufficient knowledge of MS Office and SAP.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to establish key relationships with business leaders and Global Stakeholders
