Job Title: HR Director
Job Location: Hyderabad, India
Experience: 15 - 20 years
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the complete HR functioning - Talent Acquisition, Statutory compliance and policy administration, Performance management, Learning & Development, Employee engagement, and HR Effectiveness.
- Work with the Country Head and BU heads in the capacity of Business Partner and contribute to the business growth.
- Hire, mentor, and guide a team of experienced professionals for various HR roles - HR Ops, HRBP, TA, HR Strategy, etc.
- Review and upgrade HR policies on a regular basis to align HR with the business goals.
Requirement:
- You MUST be passionate about Human Resources and love solving HR issues hindering the growth of the company and its employees.
- You MUST have about 15 - 20 years of experience as an HR leader in the IT industry.
- You MUST have experience in leading the HR function of a software company having a strength of about 1,000 employees.
- An experience of growing a company from 200 to 1,000+ employee strength is PREFERRED.
- The experience of working in a Software Services company is PREFERRED.
- An experience in distributed workforce management (multiple locations within India as well as globally) is PREFERRED.
- A Female candidate is PREFERRED.
