Director, HRBP What you\'ll do: Talent Agenda: Work closely with the people business partner peers and global people team to ensure client groups are successful in achieving their goals. This includes partnering with the people team communities of expertise to define the approach and implementation plan for high performing talent identification, succession planning, focus on future oriented organizational capabilities. You will be the voice of the business strategy to the Expedia Group People team and voice of the people strategy to business teams Organization Culture: Embed Expedia Group Culture and represent & influence to drive leadership behaviors across the business Organization Effectiveness & Leadership coaching: Use effective strategies that enable the organization to thrive through periods of change and provide coaching to leaders to help them develop and grow Strategic Partnership: Partner closely with the SVP/VP leaders within the division and across the enterprise to define the talent strategy that supports business outcomes, anticipating long-term people needs and translate those to people team program objectives. Drive informed decision-making using data to identify trends, resolve root causes of issues and develop effective solutions Contribute actively to a high performing pod of HR team members and find ways to contribute to each other\'s success Who you are: Strategic People Business Partner, experienced in designing end to end talent agenda, organizational design and development, delivery of global transformation programs Passionate in the people Business Partner space with a curiosity to understand team dynamics An analytical, system thinker and a strategic problem-solver, with the drive to cut through complexity and turn high level business requirements into specific initiatives Biased to action, being familiar with methods and approaches needed to get things done in a collaborative, lean and fast paced environment, responding effectively and simply to sophisticated and ambiguous problems and situations Highly organized with operational excellence. Able to execute a plan using data to consult, inform and influence along the way and make sound prioritization decisions Comfortable using advanced executive coaching techniques to make recommendations across opposing and equally critical business needs Natural bar-raiser: Curious and passionate about business context and leadership growth, building strong relationships by being an inspiring and approachable leader #L1- SO1
