Job Description


Position: Director - HR / Vice President -HR Based in: Navi Mumbai, India Industry - Food and Beverages Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities : Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives. Implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, compliance, and labor relations. Develops human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances. Identifies, designs and implements organizational transformation as per EATOPIA GLOBAL \'s growth plan Acquire and maintain a strong understanding, of site operations and remain up to date, with knowledge of facilities and services at, all times Ensure recruitment administration procedures are adhered to and that new employees being recruited meet the requirements of the Company. Develop and maintain effective working relations with Partner representatives through effective communications, consultation and co-operation. Be involved in the Marketing activities throughout the region to maximise partnership opportunities and develop awareness of EATOPIA GLOBAL . Ensure the Company\'s Performance Management / Appraisal systems are being effectively implemented throughout the region Identify training requirements and be involved in providing necessary training and development activities to ensure each employee achieves their full career and personal performance potential Manage the performance and behaviour of employees, and liaison with to conduct disciplinary proceedings where and when required, in accordance with Company policies. As business partner, support and service provider to the operational team, create and structure programs for leaders to better understand their responsibilities and accountability in correlation to Human Resources initiatives Accomplishes special project results by identifying and clarifying issues and priorities; communicating and coordinating requirements; expediting fulfillment; evaluating milestone accomplishments; evaluating optional courses of action; changing assumptions and direction. Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applications. Lead and oversee the day to day operation of the HR Department as well as play a critical role in the implementation of EATOPIA GLOBAL \'s human resource strategy. Assess organizational needs, develop aligned human resource solutions and implement strategies in the areas of employee relations, compensation and benefits, recognition, administration and Colleague wellness. Lead implementation of a comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plan to meet and anticipate EATOPIA GLOBAL \'s human capital needs. Serve on the core executive team and serve as a strategic advisor and functional expert regarding talent strategies and issues. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations concerning employment practices, employee health and safety, employee relations, etc. Desirable Skills and Qualifications : 10 to 15years\' experience in a management role; connected with either Retail, Hospitality, MNC Master degree or MBA preferred SHRM/CIPD certification and advantage Global Work experience a must HR industry certification an advantage Flexible and adaptable Excellent command of written/spoken English. Knowledge of any other languages an advantage Computer literate, problem solving, interpersonal and analytical skills Accomplished in recognizing new potential and existing talent, coaching, mentoring & developing leaders Strong, committed employee relations professional, capable of providing guidance, inspiration and influence An effective agent of cultural change in the workplace Extensive learning, development, coaching and facilitation experience Proven history of integrating and working with multi-cultural teams from around the world Qualities such as team-focus, dedication, resourcefulness, and an eagerness to learn Strong experience and knowledge with recruiting and retention Demonstrate relationship-building skills, including experience managing and growing a team of direct reports Employee focus mentality with exceptional attention to detail and organization skills A very high degree of personal integrity including the ability to manage sensitive or confidential information Proven ability to manage self to goals and deadline.
