  • Business Partner: Design and deliver the people priorities for Cytiva India that enable growth of the business.
  • Building high performing team : Inspire and lead the 3 direct reports and work collaboratively with many more to drive high performance culture that is founded on trust and aimed to deliver impact
  • Global Partner for consistent associate experience: Be an advisory and influence on decisions that are taken at global or business unit level at the top of the house that have an impact on associate experience & people leader behaviour & overall culture regionally.
  • Bring the best Danaher leverage to work: Work with other Danaher Operating Company HR team for leverage, talent & leadership exchanges and most importantly standard experience for associates.
  • Director & Ambassador of Cytiva: Perform the duties of board of directors of Hyclone legal entity and be the ambassador of Cytiva in all external forums.
  • Business acumen: Someone who would understand the vision and mission of the business and translate that into ways of working.
  • Operator with Trust: Displaying Integrity, Transparency, and humility are non-negotiable for creating inspiring experience for self and others in this role.
  • Winner as a Team: Creating an inclusive workplace where everyone brings their best everyday is essential to the success of this role.
  • Coach & Mentor: Coaching and mentoring peers and leaders is vital to progress of this role.
  • Strategic thinker: Big picture thinking would be necessary in this role to level up the game as the role works with Sales, Services, R&D, Functions, and peers in the function.
  • Prefer MBA/MSW/PGDBA specialized in HR with 12+ years of experience. Healthcare industry is preferred but not limited to.
