The team closely works with Warehousing, Merchandising, and Marketing teamsto Identify customerrequirements and fulfilling them with quality and commitment.What will you doSales Team LeadershipOversee and guide the sales team across multiple cities to achieve sales targets andcustomer satisfaction goals.Establish clear sales KPIs and monitor performance, providing regular feedback andcoaching.Store Infrastructure & MaintenanceManage the store infrastructure team to ensure timely maintenance and adherence tosafety and quality standards.Drive initiatives to improve store layouts and ensure optimal functionality of all facilities.Visual MerchandisingDevelop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance customer experienceand drive sales.Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and effective in-storepromotions.Training & DevelopmentOversee the training team to ensure employees are well-trained in customer service,product knowledge, and store operations.Develop programs to upskill staff and maintain a motivated and high-performing team.Retail Operations ManagementEnsure all stores operate efficiently and profitably, adhering to company standards andpolicies.Regularly analyze store performance metrics to identify areas of improvement andimplement corrective actions.Lead operational excellence initiatives to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhancecustomer satisfaction.Stakeholder CollaborationWork closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and supply chain,to align operational goals with overall business objectives.Act as a key liaison between store teams and senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives.What we are looking forBachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.8-10 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Proven track record in managing large-scale operations and multi-city teams.Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.Leadership skills with a knack for driving collaboration across teams.
