Our Hyderabad center will be a hub for technology innovation and operational support to help us build the solutions that will improve our customer, crew, and employee experience each and every day.As the Director of Global Technology and Resource Optimization, you will lead the strategic direction and execution of global technology initiatives. Your leadership will drive the development and delivery of innovative technology solutions that align with business goals, ensuring optimal financial management, and resource allocation. Your role will be instrumental in building and executing a resourcing strategy for technology teams, encompassing workforce planning, staffing, and talent market intelligence, while supporting digital transformation initiatives. Collaborating with senior leadership, you will drive key business strategies, manage vendor consolidation, and establish technology development centers in India. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining the health and security of operations, ultimately contributing to the organizations success and growth.While no two days are likely to be the same, your typical responsibilities will include:

• Lead strategic planning and delivery of global technology services to meet or exceed business outcomes.
• Design and expand the technology center in India, focusing on Enterprise products and platforms, Cybersecurity, and Cloud Engineering to enhance the companys global technology capabilities.
• Develop and execute the resourcing strategy for technology teams, including workforce planning and delivering talent market intelligence in India.
• Oversee strategic business and technology projects to achieve key initiatives and digital transformation goals.
• Create and manage financial budgets, collaborating with teams and Finance to optimize resources.
• Participate in industry forums to enhance the companys brand and influence in the Indian and global technology markets.
• Cultivate relationships with leadership and stakeholders to resolve issues, drive alignment, and foster partnerships.
• Implement tools and processes to evaluate operational targets, deliver continuous improvement, and maintain health and security.

Who were looking for:

• Bachelors degree in engineering or business management required; MBA preferred.
• 10-15 years of experience, including direct involvement in establishing and expanding tech development centers in India.
• Deep expertise in Tech resourcing and optimization, Enterprise products and platforms, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Cloud Engineering, and digital transformation processes.
• Proficiency in value creation management, linking business value drivers with team outputs.
• Participation in industry forums (e.g., NASSCOM) to enhance market positioning is highly desired.
• Proven experience in attracting and managing tech talent, including EVP, performance, and development.
• Executive leadership presence with the ability to influence senior leaders, align strategic initiatives, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong strategic project management skills, capable of leading large-scale technology programs from planning to execution.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, adept at conveying complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
