Job Title - Director/General Manager - Process Engineering.


Department - Engineering.


Reporting to - Department Head.


Years of Work Experience - 20- 25 years.


Preferred Experience - Detail work experience in Process Engineering including hands on experience in HTRI, Simulation Software and other calculations for putting up a complete process plant.


Location - MIDC Bhosari, Pune.


Outstation Travel - Need based/ occasional.


Roles and Responsibilities


• Overview of Process & Thermal Calculation of Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers and guiding the team.
• Development of Skid packages and Process Plants from concept.
• Knowledge of operating some licensed Simulator.
• Working Closely with Directors for Standardization, Support for Technical offers
• Development of Excel spread sheets for various in- house calculations.
• Managing a team of young engineers

Academic Qualifications


• Bachelor of Engineering - Chemical.

Preferred Skills


• Attention to details
• Ability to manage a team
• Ability to coordinate between cross-functional teams

Domain Knowledge


• Experience in process calculations including heat and mass balance, process equipment sizing.
• Knowledge of heat exchanger and conversant to HTRI calculation.
• Knowledge of various units like US Customary, SI, MKS and their conversion.
• Experience in Piping, Pressure Vessels, skid will be added advantage.
• Knowledge of development of PFD, P& ID including Instrumentation, line sizing, insulation and heat tracing requirement will be added advantage.

IT Proficiency


• MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
• Emails
• Detailed knowledge of HTRI.
• Knowledge of Simulation Software
