Overview: This position reports to and works closely with the VP of FP&A to develop the appropriate data and conduct the analysis that the business leaders can use to continue to drive the business forward. The Director, Financial Planning and Analysis, APAC will play a key role in identifying and putting in place the essential business decision models. Responsibilities:

• Lead external (e.g. marketplace, competitor, technology, customer) & internal (technology, product, business unit) strategic assessments.

• Evaluate impact of external trends and recommend action plans.

• Work with FP&A to develop the annual business plan and facilitate the development of Vertical-Enterprise sector and strategic plans with vertical leaders, sales and customer solutions functions

• Report on performance of key strategies (e.g. dashboards, KPIs, etc.).

• Provide leadership in analyzing market, customer, product, competitive, technology and regulatory trends and make recommendations on strategic options in coordination with Sales and Customer Solutions teams.

• Interact extensively with marketing and product team during strategy setting, identifying ROI, costs, pricing required to be competitive, product development plan and timeline, etc.

• Identify, lead and manage strategic assessments based on external trends and based on internal analysis of the Company
