Are you ready to make an impact?Ecolab is searching for a driven Director Finance \xe2\x80\x93 Credit, Billing, Cash Application for future opportunities within our Finance division in Pune, India.This role reports into the Pune GBS Site Leader and oversees operational performance of the Order-to-Cash processes assigned to the site, including Billing, Cash Application, Accounts Receivable and Dispute Management.The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing cash flow, revenue recognition, operating efficiencies and enabling a strong internal control environment.This role requires a proven track record of leading large teams to meet and exceed defined financial and service level performance standards while continually attracting, developing and retaining talent. Successful candidates must display strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills with a deep understanding of order-to-cash process flows, financial systems and related supporting technologies, e.g. process workflow, digital connectivity and artificial intelligence.The leader must be able to operate efficiently while constructively supporting internal teams and external clients.What are we looking for?

• Strong CBC and Order-to-Cash process knowledge (e.g., customer billing experience, credit evaluation, accounts receivable, collections, and accounting principles\xe2\x80\x8b)
• Collections, cash application, and payment dispute management ideally in a high-volume and multi-platform environment.
• Ability to optimize OTC processes by leveraging an end-to-end process mindset augmented with the right organizational structure and technology.

What You Will Do:

• Oversee credit, billing and cash application payment processing teams
• Oversee the billing cycle and ensure accurate and timely processing and distribution of customer invoices, credits and rebills, within the assigned service level agreement standards
• Manage / maintain a documented efficient billing, cash application and credit management process transactional flow representing global standards.
• Manage customer credit terms and address / resolve credit related order blocks and holds within assigned service level agreements.
• Ensure accurate and timely application of cash received to open customer accounts receivable balances. Flag and resolve unapplied cash and customer short payments
• Identify, develop and implement strategic credit, billing, and cash application processing best practices, including process and technology improvements required to enhance performance and meet service level agreements.
• Produce regular KPIs and SLA performance metrics vs. published targets to Ecolab executives, GBS and businesses leaders
• Manage team performance against applicable service level metrics and KPI\'s.
• Recruit, train/develop and maintain high-performance team. Provide associates with career guidance, training, and development opportunities.
• Serve as a critical order-to-cash subject matter expert for business and GBS(+) related projects that involve billing and cash application.
• Champion knowledge management efforts within the team by overseeing the identification and updating of knowledge, ensuring quality and relevance.
• Facilitate continuous improvement by fostering a culture of innovation and supporting team members in soliciting and implementing improvement ideas.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields (required).
• Over 7 years of experience in Accounting, Billing, Credit, and/or Collections (required).
• Over 5 years of experience leading teams (required).
• Over 2 years in a Managerial position (required).
• Experience and knowledge of SAP (required).
• Advanced English (required).
• Experience in Shared Services is valued.
• Experience or knowledge of fixed asset management and product costing is valued.
• Experience in Project Management, Green Belt, or similar is valued.
