  • Strategy: Develop the strategy for assuring quality, data governance, risk and process standards across the teams supporting the data that drives our \xc2\xa34b Data & Analytics division
  • Transform the way in which the Content functions operate. Moving from siloed approaches to standards across Quality, Risk, Governance, Change, Productivity, and Process Improvements
  • Partner with customers to develop appropriate quality and service standards. Partner with 3 rd party suppliers & Group Risk to ensure compliance with standards. Work with Sales and Account Management, Proposition and Marketing on presenting our approaches to Quality, Governance, Lineage, Regulations and Service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimise human capital across Financial Content Operations. Analysing cross group peaks and troughs, utilisation data and Incentive bonus schemes for productivity improvements &Drive improved efficiency.
  • Change: Leverage industry standard methodologies to lead change more effectively. Introduce for formalized and standardized processes .Drive continuous improvement & Drive operational efficiency for meeting performance targets and roll out Lean Operational management approaches across 5000 people
  • Improvement programmes: Lead major cross functional process improvement programmes and across FCO
  • Risk & Controls: Owns overall risk and control management and regulatory compliance for FCO. Ensure audit recommendations are demonstrated across the FCO group. Ensure BCP in place and tested.
  • 3 rd Party Supplier Management: Build and maintain and ensure effective execution of a framework to drive improved performance from our \xc2\xa3120m+ 3 rd party data spend
  • Vendor Management Standards - Ensuring we have robust frameworks and practices for handling our vendors
  • Improved data quality for D&A ultimately driving growth and retention, measured through Market Driven Metrics programme and reducing numbers of client cases that result in a data correction.
  • Compliance with LSEG regulatory commitments e.g. DORA. Uses appropriate methodologies, tools and techniques to identify and evaluate the organisation\'s risk exposure and mitigate
    against unacceptable risks.
  • Training and Awareness: Provide training and raise awareness among employees about data governance standard processes.
  • Continuous Improvement: find Opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Knowledge of data related government regulatory requirements and emerging trends and issues, including Operational Resilience
