You will be responsible for developing and leading a high-performing team to deliver best-in-class HR & Payroll services across various functions, essentially creating these operations from the ground up and redefining excellence.Responsibilities1. Leadership and Strategy\xc2\xb7 Develop and execute the People Services (HR & Payroll) shared services strategy, aligning it with the organization\'s overall goals and objectives.\xc2\xb7 Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the shared services team, fostering a high-performance culture.\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with senior management to define service level agreements (SLAs), performance metrics, and KPls for HR & Payroll shared services operations.\xc2\xb7 Lead with vision, shaping a culture of innovation, teamwork, and accountability within the team.\xc2\xb7Optimize shared services processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.\xc2\xb7Leverage cutting-edge technology to streamline and elevate shared services processes.2. Operations Management\xc2\xb7 Oversee the end-to-end delivery of HR & Payroll shared services for APAC .\xc2\xb7 Drive operational excellence using CORE and by implementing best practices,process improvements, and automation initiatives.\xc2\xb7 Accountable for ensuring that the Company\'s Payroll System is working correctly and is legislatively compliant. Raising any issues via the appropriate channels, fully testing all legislative changes prior to release to the Production environment and ensuring that End of Year/Start of Year processes are carried out accurately in the Payroll System.3. Stakeholder Management\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to understand their requirements. identify opportunities for process improvement .\xc2\xb7 Establish and maintain strong relationships with business units and functional leaders, providing proactive support and guidance on shared services matters.4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting\xc2\xb7 Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KP|s) to track the performance of HR shared services.\xc2\xb7 Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting operational performance, key achievements, and areas for improvement.\xc2\xb7 Drive country and regional governance meetings5. Team Development\xc2\xb7 Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring appropriate staffing levels and skill sets.\xc2\xb7 Provide mentoring, coaching, and performance feedback to team members, fostering their professional growth and development.\xc2\xb7 Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing within the shared services team.Skills Required\xc2\xb7 Proven experience in building and managing HR & payroll shared services operations, preferably in a multinational organization.\xc2\xb7 Good experience of APAC payroll.\xc2\xb7 Hands on experience in end to end HR processes (Hire to Retire)\xc2\xb7 Experience of leading payroll projects, alongside the operational delivery.\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.\xc2\xb7 Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.\xc2\xb7 Change agent with experience leading and successfully driving change.\xc2\xb7 Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated ability to collaborate and build strong cross-functional relationships.\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of relevant software and technologies used in shared services operations.Qualification & Experience\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or master\xe2\x80\x99s degree.\xc2\xb7 15+ years of work experience out of which 10 years should be in HR / Payroll shared services.\xc2\xb7 Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in HR / Payroll in Asia Pacific\xc2\xb7 Location : Bangalore , India\xc2\xb7 Work type : HybridNote: Domestic relocation within India will be provided as per local company policies.RTX is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
