We are actively searching for a Sr. Director, Content Solutions to focus on Video metadata production across the APAC region. The Content Solutions organization supports metadata ingestion and enrichment for our local and global clients. The position is responsible for driving operational objectives, improving efficiency, identifying areas for automation and measuring key performance indicators across the organization. The position requires excellent organizational, self-motivation and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to develop a high-functioning organization with a continuous improvement mindset. A key component of this role is the ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution. The role reports to the SVP, Global Content Solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES In support of Video clients, execute and support operations, successfully set-up new markets and drive current customer deliverables in a highly efficient and accurate manner Responsible for day-to-day management of assigned products and projects, including: supervision of staff, quality assurance and coordination & communication with clients, and other horizontals and departments Utilizing data as a baseline, identifies, plans and executes continuous improvement projects geared at improving processes that result in greater organizational and data production efficiency Provides valuable input for improvement of global practices based on local experiences, as well as adopts best practices locally Works to ensure productivity plans are delivered, as-defined Creates and clearly communicates objectives in alignment with global organizational vision Manages talent and progress of individualsPromotes positive team work, culture of inclusion, and celebrates achievement Identifies career pathing for individuals and by role, while promoting succession planning within the region Provide consultative advice to senior leaders on local implementations Be a transformation leader across the organization, both in thought and execution Work with our delivery team to size new opportunities, that are directly impacting our Enrichment team Understand new requirements and how they will impact our operations, plan for changes and implement solutions to seamlessly integrate new requests into the day to day operation Communicate any enforce changes in data production standards across the region Support and accelerate the launch of new markets by managing detailed planning to deploy our systems and ensure state of the art training of new teams REQUIREMENTS 10+ years experience in a progressive leadership role, preferably in a data production or operational capacityBachelor\'s degree or higher in Management, Communications, Operations or related fields is helpful. Strategic thinker comfortable giving consultative advice to senior leaders and peers Excellent organization, analytical, interpersonal, influencing and presentation skills Strong leadership, communication, influencing, and proven management skills Self-motivated individual capable of working in a fast-paced environment with a remote and US-based leader Experience developing and executing process improvement strategies Ability to work collaboratively across global teams to achieve a common goal Proven ability to develop, engage and retain a high performing team Strong grasp of Google Tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and MS Suite People management experience including hiring, performance appraisals, and merit reviews.
