Key Responsibilities
\xe2\x97\x8f Lead by example with top-notch, optimized code.
\xe2\x97\x8f Leading team, run scrums and give clear visibility of release work.
\xe2\x97\x8f As the team lead, work on new modules and features to the product.
\xe2\x97\x8f Scout for top talent, groom them, and align them with our company vision because we
believe in growing together.
\xe2\x97\x8f Debug bugs efficiently and deploy fixes like a pro.
\xe2\x97\x8f Work closely with front-end developers, Product Managers, and the gang to technically
solution new product features providing a magical user-experience.
\xe2\x97\x8f With a good understanding of industry development and trends, join us on
brainstorming sessions and help build a great product together.
\xe2\x97\x8f Owning a full life cycle from ideate , design , develop and deliver
\xe2\x97\x8b Prior experience in building reusable platforms like workflow engine , integration
framework , form field access privilege , data security ,Rule builder etcSkills & Qualifications
\xe2\x97\x8f 12+ years of hands-on designing , architecting and coding
\xe2\x97\x8f 6 + years of Node.js expertise.
\xe2\x97\x8f Hands-on experience in crafting queries (both relational & NoSQL) and working with
database modules like sequelizer & mongoose.
\xe2\x97\x8f Experience in breaking monolith to microservice architecture.
\xe2\x97\x8f Solid understanding of design patterns and data structures.
\xe2\x97\x8f Fluent in the language of event-based integration, transaction, and real-time ERP
inbound/outbound integration.\xe2\x97\x8f Must have completed B.tech from top tier institute like IIT/NIT /DCE/BITS Pilani,etc
\xe2\x97\x8f Must have worked in a highly concurrent system preferably B2B multitenant
architecture
\xe2\x97\x8f Prior experience in top notch product companies will be considered as an added
advantage.
Good to have
\xe2\x97\x8f Skills in Nest.js, Express.js, React.js? Awesome!
\xe2\x97\x8f Familiarity with Sequelize ORM is a plus.
\xe2\x97\x8f Bonus points for experience in Kafka, RabbitMQ - because we love someone
