The OpportunityProvidence India is aimed to digitally enable our vision of Health for a better world. The Administrative Technologies (AT) team within the Digital Caregiver Experience (DCX) team at Providence India works on modern technology platforms and services in the areas such as HR, Finance, Real Estate, Legal, Compliance, etc. all built on modern Cloud based Infrastructure.As an expert in Program Management, you shall bring in technical expertise of the HR tech space and would thrive in a rapidly evolving ecosystem to organize teams, develop a clear strategy and guide teams to consistently deliver results. You will have an opportunity to automate Business processes and develop solutions that provide Insights through data. An ideal candidate will have strong intellectual curiosity, subject matter expertise in solutioning for Corporate Functions, strong team leadership, and executive presence.Key ResponsibilitesStrategic:

  • Develop a prioritized multi-year roadmap working closely with Product management leaders to build an integrated best-in class, automated, centralized, governed, and reliable, cloud first, enterprise application platforms that deliver transformative solutions. Determine the investments necessary in terms of people and technology to achieve these objectives.
  • Lead early planning processes to provide product implementation proposals to Business leaders in collaboration with Product management and Software Engineering.
  • Align existing cross organizational teams and initiatives under an innovative, common vision; strategy; and approach for the Providence enterprise.
  • Drive necessary Market Research for solutioning (technology options) high value and impactful scenarios to determine what best looks like
  • Drive Product Increment planning and other agile processes across the product portfolio to create a robust roadmap and deliver them by working with Engineering teams.
  • Define and implement policies, processes, and procedures for the governance and management of data.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with external relevant partners to advance Providence capabilities and leadership position in healthcare and technology industries.
  • Anticipate changing demands from the Providence organization and business environment and creatively realign data and analytics objectives as needed to align with organizational strategic objectives.
Leadership:
  • Attract, retain, and develop world class Technical Program managers having good experience in US Healthcare background predominantly in Provider space.
  • Excite the team with your strong product sense and vision.
  • Promote and foster an organizational culture that is innovative, agile, flexible, and aligned to the mission and values of the organization.
  • Identify and execute high priority strategies to meet the data and information needs of Providence executives and managers.
  • Experience in People leadership handling large teams, complex transformation and successful in building and growing teams.
  • Manage performance with respect to budget, objectives, and customer expectations as required to meet operational, quality, and mission goals.
  • Owns the functional designs of the products in the portfolio.
  • Partner with Product Management for product launches and change management.
  • Develop and provide guidance for negotiations with preferred information technology vendor contracts. Manage key vendor and partner relationships.
Professional Experience/Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
  • 15+ years of technology experience with at least 5years in a leadership role in technical program management
  • 5years of technology experience across talent management, workforce management and analytics
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies and project management best practices
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Basic understanding of data science (AI, ML, NLP), distributed systems on-premises and on cloud.
