Summary:Designs, develops and delivers industry leading EDI initiatives impacting the experience of our 25,000 employees in over 60 countries through the creation of a diverse and inclusive work environment which helps LSEG create innovative solutions, reflect our customers and communities, and achieve our ambition to be one of the worlds greatest companies and best place to work.Key Accountabilities:- Develops and shapes the global and regional EDI strategy and objectives.- Leads and handles key initiatives to operationalise functional strategic goals and optimise efficiency.- Conducts EDI data analysis across business to identify appropriate interventions and works closely with business leaders, executives and HRBPs to identify, shape, scope, and lead projects that enable business growth through an EDI lens.- Partners with representatives from the People Function, and business leaders to generate blended solutions across both organisational and capability requirements to establish an effective Talent / CWI Integration process.-Leads all aspects of the implementation of core culture and inclusion processes, including an EDI lens in talent reviews, performance, development, engagement and succession planning.- Provides high value consulting support to the business through external thought leadership and ensures EDI initiatives are appropriately and consistently understood and communicated both by the HRBP population and throughout the business.- Fosters collaboration within the team and across the People function and proactively role models the leadership behaviours.Qualifications & Experience:- Relevant qualification- Extensive and varied experience in EDI and/or HR- Significant people management and leadership experience- Extensive stakeholder management experience- Harnesses cultural driversResponsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Lead the activation and evolution of our organisations diversity and inclusion commitments at Group level and regionally.\xc2\xb7 Develop a coalition of partners to implement systemic change across the employee life cycle, including employer brand and talent acquisition, talent management and career development, employee engagement and culture, and leadership and employee learning.\xc2\xb7 Deliver strategies that are globally scalable and culturally relevant.\xc2\xb7 Develop a strong internal and external narrative around EDI, in partnership with Communications, with clear delivery strategies.\xc2\xb7 Partner closely with Inclusion Network leaders to shape and drive critical priorities and ensure the voice of underrepresented groups is heard and felt in all action.\xc2\xb7 Partner with the Reward Analytics and Optimisation team to develop measurement and reporting, so that progress is clear, concerns are flagged and leaders can take informed action.\xc2\xb7 Provide thought leadership by staying closely connected to developments in EDI practice.\xc2\xb7 Select and manage external strategic partners, from industry groups to research organisations to vendors.\xc2\xb7 Manage the EDI programme budget\xc2\xb7 Progress on our EDI strategy and commitments, with clear, measurable outcomes\xc2\xb7 Provide EDI expertise across the GroupSkills and experience:\xc2\xb7 Exceptional understanding of evidence-based EDI approaches\xc2\xb7 Proven track record of delivering strategic change programmes\xc2\xb7 Ability to deliver data-informed strategic approaches\xc2\xb7 Strong project management, prioritisation, analysis and reporting skills\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical, organisational and critical thinking skills with the ability to work within ambiguity\xc2\xb7 Strong communication skills\xc2\xb7 Exceptional relationship-building skills\xc2\xb7 Experience leading successful and innovative EDI work\xc2\xb7 Experience of EDI in a global organisation\xc2\xb7 A great coach who can assemble, align and engage teams to deliver exceptional work\xc2\xb7 Growth mindset and constant drive for learning and continuous improvement\xc2\xb7 Proactive, with a healthy impatience for change\xc2\xb7 Ability to work at pace, joining the dots quickly to solve complex problems\xc2\xb7 Commitment to equality, diversity and inclusionLSEG is a leading global financial markets infrastructure and data provider.
