Responsible for service delivery for all Duck Creek engagements globally with product leaders also reporting into him/her
Responsible for further developing Duck Creek capabilities and competency
Establish and manage DCT practice and SI compliance
Scale up our Duck Creek business
BD/ Presales support for DCT business, arrowheads & accelerators development, partnership management
Maintain client satisfaction in DCT accounts
Competency building in DCT space through Training, Coaching & Mentoring
Managing team, Staff scheduling, hiring resources, sharing feedback and coach on improvement plans with the agents, publishing performance report, sharing report with senior management, Client meeting, Internal management Meeting, team meeting, resource growth planning and training, Driving performance and meeting SLAs/KPIs. Escalation handling and controlling. Team performance review and Project/Business enhancement planning.
