• Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes to provide visibility into the goals, progress, and obstacles of key initiatives
• Draw on relationships with department heads, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals
• Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks for the entire team including suppliers and vendors
• Modernize legacy systems through next generation services and capabilities to include cloud, compute, data services, etc
• Devise strategies for ensuring the growth of programs enterprise-wide, and implement process improvements to maximize output and minimize costs while ensure reliability and scalability of infrastructure in a dynamic environment
• Adhere to the company\'s policies and standards, and ensure that laws and regulations are being followed
• Collaborate with senior managers in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans
• Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity
• Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement where necessary
• Your mission will be to collaborate closely with senior leaders, other IT departments, and vendors, ensuring the maintenance of a robust, secure, and globally interconnected computing environment
• Create and lead the development of global innovative technology strategies to drive transformative change while using an agile organizational model to drive IT Infrastructure and cloud objectives
• Manage the budget, oversee procurement, and plan resource utilization, shaping the technical direction of the IT Infrastructure while aligning technology investments to business strategies
• Work with team to set goals, create individual development plans, and identify training needs
• Be the customer zero for ServiceNow and provide product feedback through Now on Now team
• Provide strong leadership with a focus on attracting, motivating, and developing best-in-class talent to lead the team with integrity and to establish and maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in information technology, computer science or related field
• Minimum of 12 years of experience with data centers, servers, enterprise storage, public cloud, virtual / high performance computing, monitoring solutions, containerization and latest technologies
• Ten or more years in a senior leadership role in a field related to infrastructure and public cloud technologies
• Masterful organizational, communication, and leadership skills, backed by previous professional success
• Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, production, and employee management
• Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity
• Strong understanding of information technology and the relationships between business and information value
• Must have a track record of developing and implementing comprehensive strategic plans to integrate, simplify, and operate a complex infrastructure environment
• Hands on senior IT leadership in information strategy, architecture, technology, and programs
• Less than 10% domestic or international travel required for mandatory site meetings and trainings
