Seeking a Director - Digital Planning for a Media & Entertainment company
Individual Accountabilities :
- Account Planning + Data + Content + Pricing and Packages + GTM
- Analyzing internal platform and sales data to arrive at rich insights related to content and consumer viewing trends
- Analyzing internal performance metrics to help in forecasting inventory & building packages
- Deep Dive analysis on Digital Adex to understand opportunities lost in terms of Missed clients
- Deep dive analysis of various categories and businesses to understand changes in spending patterns or seasonality
- Constantly monitor market & consumer behavior trends for evolving needs of marketers or advertisers
Customer Engagement :
- Help in building a strong research driven narrative around impact of advertising on Over the top (OTT) video platforms versus social media & User Generated Content. Represent Team in meetings with eternal stakeholders
- Build unified narrative by integrating various marketing and brand building solutions provided by internal teams
Revenue Growth and Management:
- Analysis of Revenue streams (Direct & Indirect) to understand meeting Projections & understanding Trends
- Connecting Revenue with consumption trends for trend & forecast analysis
- Updating revenue dashboards for teams\' access
People and Capability Development :
- Lead and supervise the subordinate to work towards team goal
- Work closely with cross functional teams for effective opportunity generation and management
Key Shared Accountabilities :
- Work closely with other verticals of Sales Planning and Strategy Team to ensure maximization of revenue opportunities
